Insight Family Market will use best efforts to make certain that all Products ordered shall be delivered to the Purchaser within the time frame stated at time of purchase.

Further, if Insight Family Market is not able to deliver the Products within five (5) days of the scheduled delivery date, the Purchaser may, at its option, cancel the order for the Product without penalty and with a refund of the purchase price.
