🗓️ The Billing & Shipping Cycle
- Billing Date: All recurring subscriptions are automatically billed on the 1st of every month.
- Shipping Date: Boxes are packed with love and ship out on the 15th of every month.
- Welcome Box: Your welcome box will ship the first month of your subscription- no matter when you sign up. The next month's box will be the monthly themed box. For example, if you sign up on July 14, you will get your Welcome Box in July and then the August themed box will be shipped on August 15th.
⏸️ Pausing, Skipping, or Canceling
We know life gets hectic, and your self-care should never feel like a financial or mental burden.
- You can skip a month, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account portal.
- To avoid being charged for the next upcoming box, please ensure any modifications or cancellations are submitted before midnight on the last day of the month (prior to the billing cycle on the 1st).
📦 Returns & Exchanges
Because our kits contain limited-edition curations, seasonal skincare items, and custom stationery, all kit sales are final. However, if any item arrives damaged or broken during transit, please email us a photo at admin@insightfamilymarket.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly send a replacement!
